Yes — tell us your current number and provider when you order, and we'll port it across for you at no charge. There's usually only a short break in service during the port.
What happens if I use all my data?
Once you reach your monthly data allowance, your speed is capped rather than charged extra, so there are no bill shock surprises. You can also top up or upgrade your plan at any time.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Every SIM-only plan runs month-to-month with no lock-in — change plans or cancel whenever you need to.
Can I use my mobile plan overseas?
Standard and Max plans include international call inclusions to selected countries, and international roaming add-ons are available for when you travel — contact us before you go to set it up.
