Make a complaint

If something hasn't gone right with your service, billing or an interaction with our team, we want to know about it — here's how to tell us, and what happens next.

What counts as a complaint?
Any expression of dissatisfaction you raise with us about our products or services, your bill, the way our team has treated you, or how we've handled a previous complaint. You don't need to have a fault logged or an account issue in progress — if something isn't right, tell us.
