2. Your contract

12-month minimum term

All nbn® Fast Fibre plans run on a 12-month minimum term. You can upgrade your speed once a month at any time (this restarts the 12-month term); downgrading or cancelling early attracts an Early Termination Charge of your monthly plan fee × the months remaining.
